Happy Troc accompagne ses franchisés en mettant à disposition deux niveaux de formation pour les managers et les collaborateurs, avec un passage dans l'université Happy Cash et la prise en charge en magasin pour un suivi plus concret sur le terrain.

The central referencing unit enables shops to fill their product range if supplies from in-store customers are insufficient.
