Support for franchisees

Happy Cash supports its franchisees by providing two levels of training for managers and employees, with a visit to the Happy Cash University and in-store support for more practical follow-up in the field.

Throughout the recruitment process, franchisees are looked after by various people at head office to support them in various areas:

  • team training
  • opening assistance
  • ...

The central referencing unit enables shops to fill their product range if supplies from in-store customers are insufficient.

For furniture, approved suppliers offer the entire catalogue. The central office can also provide specifications for local sourcing.

A full marketing department offers communication services, including management of social networks for shops, SEO referencing, etc.

What is the investment required of franchisees?

To become a Happy Cash franchisee in Switzerland, the overall investment is between EUR 250,000 and EUR 400,000, depending on the project.

A personal investment of 50% is generally required.
