The main characteristics of franchising CAVAVIN

CAVAVIN is France's leading network of franchised local wine shops, with more than 150 franchisees.
For over 35 years, CAVAVIN has been a partner in the selection of wines and spirits for more than 200 winegrowers. The 2000 references available on the platform are mainly authentic and exclusive products at very good value for money thanks to the strong partnership in place with our winemakers.

CAVAVIN is a large family of wine merchants and winemakers, and a company that relies on the family continuity of the group. CAVAVIN wine merchants, who are independent entrepreneurs, have many opportunities to meet the winemakers and personally select their range to please their customers.

CAVAVIN is the market leader in France, including French Guiana and Réunion, and is also present in England, Scotland, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Ivory Coast, Congo and Morocco, making it an ambassador for the "French art de vivre".

CAVAVIN, a differentiating concept that's right up to date

Since 1985, CAVAVIN has developed a network of tasteful retailers and a distinctive shop concept where customers enjoy discovering authentic wines at good value for money.
Each retailer is an independent entrepreneur who creates the soul of his own cellar by drawing on the strengths of the network.

Local wine merchants advise customers who want to discover wines and spirits from the best French and foreign terroirs in a cosy, warm atmosphere.

Wines and spirits are presented by region, with a focus on new releases, organic wines, local wines and favourites.

The furniture in each wine cellar makes it easy to present and preserve the wines. Each customer travels to different countries and regions and benefits from the advice of his wine merchant to find the nugget or the sure thing that will delight him.

The advantages of being a franchisee CAVAVIN

Cavavin offers its franchisees a wide range of wines and spirits thanks to its 300 suppliers and 2,000 authentic and exclusive products at the best prices. This range covers all the French wine-growing regions as well as the main international wine-growing regions. There is, of course, a specific focus on Swiss and Italian wines.

1. Optimised logistics : Thanks to the experience of the Lausanne franchisee, future franchisees will benefit from optimised logistics and the quality of service that is essential to local retailing.

2. A merchandising plan : the Cavavin franchise system includes a merchandising plan to promote the future wineries and their wine ranges to the local population.

3. Training in the wine range : To be able to advise customers properly, it is essential to have a good knowledge of the products you are selling. The Cavavin franchise naturally provides training for its franchisees, with all the necessary materials.

Profiles in demand

The vast majority of CAVAVIN franchisees have undergone professional retraining.

Above all, CAVAVIN is looking for people who are passionate about the world of wine. Candidates must be epicureans with good interpersonal skills and a flair for contact and sales.

The CAVAVIN wine merchant is an independent entrepreneur who, as a member of the family of wine merchants and winemakers, shares a convivial atmosphere and a taste for authenticity and quality.

To succeed in positioning yourself as the leading wine merchant in your town, you have to invest a great deal of human effort in your cellar and reach out beyond it.
